We are unable to arrange delivery of goods until full and final payment of carts has been received in our bank or paypal account. 
 
We would require a 20% deposit on standard carts and 50% on modified / made to order cart which is non refundable. This will cover any extra work we have had to carry out as we may have to put it back to it's original state or reduce the price of the cart to re-sell it.

Unique Vending Carts (UVC) have made every effort to ensure that the depictions on this website reflect the quality of the products and are correct as photographic processes allow. Products offered for sale may differ from those described or illustrated on this web site due to later production changes in specifications, components or place of manufacture by ourselves or our suppliers.
 
We therefore reserve the right in the interest of continual improvement in our product range and availability of merchandise and components to withdraw or modify products without prior notice. You are advised to consult us on any particular points before purchasing.

 

Made to order goods : Important notice

 

Certain products are made to order - these are clearly marked as such - these are specifically not covered by our normal refund policy i.e. please ensure that this is exactly what you require before you order as you will be unable to change your mind and request a refund. Please do not hesitate to contact our sales department if you wish to clarify specific functionality, specification or any specific details.

 

Any goods found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for either a full refund or exchange Goods will either be replaced or fixed on any faulty goods within the warranty period ( warranty period varies for different machines).

 

Price Promise and exchange plan

 

Buy with confidence - our commitments to you, our price promise. We benchmark our prices all the time to make sure we are providing value for money solutions for all our customers. So our commitment to you is this: within 7 days of purchasing a machine from us, if you find the same make and model of machine advertised in the media or in a brochure at a lower price and available for immediate UK delivery, we will refund the difference.

 

Our 14-day exchange plan

 

As all our machines offer excellent opportunities for profit and fund-raising, sometimes our customers find that they need to upgrade very quickly to a larger machine with greater capacity. If you consider, within 14 days of purchasing a machine from us, that you really need a larger model, then as long as the original machine has not been damaged in any way, you may exchange it and get 100% credit for your original purchase towards the price of the larger model.

 

If you find the same machine (make and model) that you have purchased from us advertised in the press or in a brochure cheaper within 7 days of purchase and it is available for immediate delivery in the UK we will refund the difference. This excludes any second hand carts and or copies.

 

All prices are subject to current rate of V.A.T. Errors and omissions accepted. Information correct at time of publication. Unique Vending Carts reserve the right to update or change the prices or information within this catalogue without prior notice.

 

Deliveries

 

Delivery costs are not included in prices shown, please provide us with your full postal address and we will obtain a price for you, which includes goods in transit insurance.  Worldwide deliveries are available. If your item should arrive in a damaged state PLEASE SIGN DELIVERY NOTE AS SUCH otherwise we can not hold the haulier responsible.  

If you decide to arrange your own collection please ensure you have sufficient cover, once the goods leave the UK warehouse and have been signed for they are no longer covered by UVC.

 

Faulty goods

 

UVC must be notified in writing. Faulty goods must be sent back to UVC in original packing. Returns must be booked in.
